Geneva, 16 September 2020

Through this letter we would like to bring our support to the draft law on reparations of survivors of conflict related sexual violence committed during the ISIS conflict in Iraq proposed by the coalition for just reparations.

We think that this draft law introduces a range of benefits for survivors in line with international standards and best practices and as an organization working to promote the rights of people affected by armed conflict we can only endorse this initiative.

We hope that it will have positive echo in Iraqi parliament and in the end the survivors will benefit from it.

Kind Regards,

.
