Given the already high burden the armed conflict with ISIS has placed on Iraqi minorities and the entire society, as a coalition we need to focus our priorities on this conflict. Currently, the after-effects of ISIS have a great deal of media attention, presenting a great opportunity to develop a culture of reparations in Iraq. Once this is established, it will be easier to successfully advocate for crimes committed in other conflicts.
