Asking the Iraqi authorities to endorse and put into effect a holistic reparations program for all victims of ISIS conflict in Iraq in line with the C4JR’s Position Paper.
Although only Iraqi CSOs – NGOs registered in Iraq or Kurdistan Region of Iraq – are eligible for membership in the C4JR, the coalition welcomes support and seeks collaboration with a range of national and international entities as well as engaged individuals. Support may take a range of forms such as a support letter, financial contribution, provision of training, expertise, equipment or voluntary work.
